Can't see them saying no, was either their fault or the fault of Brand Alliance, so I doubt Devs will be forced to suffer for it. Even if mine is a -1 version device, I don't care, have no plans to use 4G with EE's current pricing anyway, so makes no difference to me.

If they do that I'll keep Z10 as memory. It's limited edition. On another note this is the best phone ever. I've used every os such as iOS, android, windows phone 8, bada. The phone is making me smile when I use it.

I don't see why they'd sent out normal Z10s, we were promised a LE device, and that's what I'd like to assume we'll receive, even if an exchange has to be made so that we're given the correct version.

I am on T-Mobile and getting H+ on O2 as well. Also the performance is the same as the -2 version. Although the Qualcomm processor is slightly faster than TI Omap in theory but the powervr graphics in -1 is better than adreno 225 so they are equal.

Majority of people who got STL100-1 Have the OS Version 10.0.9.2372. This needs to be updated as told by H4zN. This is because this version doesnt allow you to install Whatsapp and there are a lot more improvements. You need the STL100-1 Bootloader, H4zN downloaded one of mega but for some reason I cant download it as it say decryption key needed. Luckily H4zN has been a hero and will be uploading it for download.

I updated mine by placing a EE sim card in it and going over wifi. I only did it to see if it would work though, im still wanting a -2

I tried updating it from Link, Web and OTA. Finally found a Autoloader that updated my STL100-1. No carrier update available since the Z10 isn't released here yet.
