    When you returned your device alpha did you get an email from blackberry confirming that they received it?

    I did not so I am wondering if I was supposed to.

    UPS states it was received and signed for but that is all I know.

    Not at all, @BlackBerryDev said they are shipping the packages to arrive 2-4 weeks from March 5th.
    They would need to start shipping sometime this week for that to happen.

    dontthink they're shipping this week. I shipped mine in a few month and ahalf ago and emailthem since they didnt get back to me (its not bb who handles it, its a marketing / pr firm in waterloo). They said its (confirmation) still coming.

    That's the confirmation email. Your not supposed to have access. Its so they can tell RIM to look it up in the database. We just get courtesy copied.

    Amazingly, I dropped off my Dev Alpha with UPS Monday afternoon. It arrived in Waterloo yesterday morning (UPS tracking). And I got the confirmed received e-mail this morning at 7:20! Looks like the trade-in process is now in full swing and going quickly!

    Alright, perhaps it is a coincidence or perhaps it is all the harassing emails I sent but after 5 weeks and 1 day I have received both the submitted and received emails from GCSS Warehouse. Now ship that red bad boy already!!!

    Lucky you! I'm still waiting for the warehouse email stating they got the device even if UPS confirms they've received it. Hope it won't take too long as they're already shipping the LE and unfortunately, I'm sure they won't ship before I get the confirmation from the warehouse...
