    Unhappy Problems after wipe...

    Hi all:

After got my dev alpha device, I loaded serval examples on website, contains native and html5 applications. Everything worked fine and I'm so happy about that.

Unfortunately.. When I try to open those applications after finished the long flight, all native example can not be open! Every time when I pressed the icon, only show the crash notification on the left-top side and restart didn't help either...

So I just wipe and try to back to factory default...
After rebooting and setting up my blackberry ID, I found the camera is GONE,
and also the applications amount in About information is just 3, not the original 33...

Just called RIM for help and told everyone should not do the wipe.........

I got this from RIM when I emailed their support account:

    Hello Nick,

The camera and Android Player should be reinstalled by going through a software update using the BlackBerry Desktop Software version 7.1. This should be available to you from within your BetaZone log in at www. blackberry.com/betazone.

    1. Go to www. blackberry.com/betazone to download and install BlackBerry Desktop Software 7.1 on your computer.
    2. Connect your BlackBerry smartphone to your computer, and follow the instructions on the screen to add your smartphone to the BlackBerry Desktop Software.
    3. To update your smartphone software, click Device > Update.
    4. Click Get update > Install update.
Unfortunately, I do not see 7.1 in my Beta account. If anyone can post it, it would be appreciated.

@312, I tried that link of BetaZone, it gives me to download a docx, not the desktop manager, what am I doing wrong?
