The question that I have (and was not able to find conclusive answer) is whether the Dev Alpha C which is shipped to developers will have full 10.1 with ability to make calls, and all apps or just dev-only crippled version the Dev Alphas A and B originally shipped with?

The os is 10.1.0.809 but this os has similar lock down as first bb10 dev os distribution - No Hub, phone call grayed out, no social networking apps, etc.
Interestingly enough, the sim tray will accept normal sized sim. Probably just for the dev c devices though.

There's a higher OS version available from the Dev site. Wonder if that version enables more features.
(My Dev alpha C just arrived, but I'm at work.)
