Are the new Blackberry 10 devices that will be released in late January, going to only be touchscreen?

No, they will be announcing not only all-touch devices but also physical keyboard phones. We already know the first all-touch ones will have 1280x768 screens, and the keyboard phones will be 720x720.

4-6 weeks after touch screen L series is released. We'll see it on Jan 30th launch though.
