The playbook came with a basic music player, and on bb7 phones you also get a basic player with a link to music players in app world, so I'd say they will follow same approach on bb10 to cover the basics and let their partners/3rd party developers produce the fully featured apps.

You can download MusikTimerX (you should be able to find the .bar file in these forums) or toadfile (which is available on App World). Toadfile invokes the basic music player into the application when you click on the mp3 in the file directory. You can also play music through the browser. Finally, Apollo music was working before (it was available on App World), but the newest OS release broke it somehow.

Blackberry will be releasing a bluetooth media player with no memory storage so you'll have to pair/bridge it with the BB10 phone to access your music stored on your BB10 and play it on the bluetooth media player. Probably going to be called Blackberry Media Bridge.

But seriously, they'll definitely have a media player.
Here are some leaks

A music player is definitely coming with BlackBerry10 and it looks great. It has recently played, playlists and looks very sharp.

The Dev Alpha is a developer prototype. It comes with (almost) all the media player modules for apps to use, but does not include a stand-alone music player app. That will be there on the production devices.
