    Thanks thurasi

But all the downloads that come directly from blackberry can be found here.

    http://developer.blackberry.com/blac...toloaders.html

For every device and every version of the OS.

It's a link from blackberry but thurasi's link I'd most likely faster. But if you're paranoid the link still works.

Nothing like a good bump to make sure this comes up #1 on google for anyone trying to update their Dev Alpha A (DAC) or DEV ALPHA B

    Hi Thurask,

The link for your 7z-compressed mirror is not available, it has moved permanently. Could you please post the updated link.

    Thank You

    Hi, it's me again

So I tried to download directly from blackberry and use Dev Alpha A 10.2.0.1793 firmware for my Dev Alpha A device as Damian suggested. But now my device failed to turn ON and the LED keep blinking red light over and over again. Any idea why? I've tried to load it again several times but no success

    Woah woah!

    I'm being mis-quoted (and I'm a Mr. ...doesn't it show ;-)

Dev Alpha A is stuck at 10.1.0.1485

    Link to firmware: http://developer.blackberry.com/nati...0.1.0.1485.exe

The 10.2.0.1793 was because the filename seemed to included "DevAlphaA" int he name: http://developer.blackberry.com/nati...0.2.0.1793.exe but it didn't work. and I updated my post (at least the initial first one in t his thread) to specify that)

Unplug your blackberry A. then run that autoload exe and plug it back in while the autoloader says "waiting"

If it doesn't start in 5 minutes (wait for it to START) then simply press and hold the power button then wait and then press it again.

    Thanks to "SirJes" latest post:

We have 10.3.1.2267 for the Dev Alpha B: https://mega.co.nz/#!61JVgZga!bt7Y6R...ABLTrhtbh6aQE8

And for the Dev Alpha C: https://mega.co.nz/#!Cw53QArJ!ZOFH0v...bciychHofCUDKw

So Dev Alpha A releases. It's still stuck at Dev Alpha A Firmware 10.1.0.1485

Just to bump it to the top of our forum. I just wanted to help anyone with an old Dev Alpha A, or B that is stuck with the "device program has ended"

    FIX:
    IT'S EASY!
    1) Turn on the device.
    2) see the message
    3) Press and hold the power button and volume DOWN for 20 seconds * I DO MEAN COUNT TO 20 SLOWLY WHILE HOLDING BOTH BUTTONS
    4) The device will seem seem to turn off. the LED will blink and a couple of seconds later the device will boot up as normal and you'll be able to use it.

You can upgrade your Dev Alpha A to 10.1.0.1485 here:10.1.0.1485 for Dev Alpha A

Or you have a Dev Alpha B you can go all the way up to: 10.3.1.634
Blackberry 10 Version: 10.3.1.634 for Dev Alpha B

Lastest OS on Dev Alpha A + Dev Alpha B-bb10_dev_alpha_error.jpg

Dev Alpha A flashed firmware: Autoload-DevAlphaA_B-10.1.0.1485 stock
But the phone still does not ring.
    What is the problem?
    Sorry for bad english

A lot of the Dev Alpha Stock firmware really didn't have good phone capabilities.
One of them seemed to work but would hang up any call after a couple of minutes.

Really you're upgrading your dev alpha so you can surf the internet (4G works great) or do some text. Phone calls aren't really working well as far as I can tell.

Why go back to 10.0.2? The Dev Alpha works just fine with 10.1.0.1485

    Try it: http://developer.blackberry.com/nati...0.1.0.1485.exe
