so i have 2 z10s that had OS 4.0.10.490 installed, one z10 is a red one that has DEVELOPER stamped on the battery cover, the os that both of them had installed only let me calibrate the screen and test the cameras, i as told that i can install a full working os to them but every time i load an os to them, the z10 stays on a black screen with the red led flashing, i've tried everuthing, blackberry link, bbsak, online update, i downloaded te autoloader st100-3 and still no luck although i don't know wich versions i have because they don't have any stickers on them, any help with this will be much appreciated, Thanks

The problem probably is that you. Like the people that got the original red z10 have the stl-001

Do not install the stl-001 software. But anything for the dev alpha b or stl-001

Turn off the phone and when the autoloader says "Rebooting the Device" or "Waiting for Device" turn it on and wait. Do not look at the device. Look at your computer. The device does nothing. And be patient. It can take up to 30min.

And it's only the autoloader that will work.

ok, when the autoloader finish installing, a message of : "done installing, rebooting" comes up, and the autoloader closes, and then the red light flashes and again nothing happens =/
