    my office had encrypted my media card. i have a lot of files saved on the card and need to retrieve it. there is no encryption extension but still it doesnt open. When the files were encrypyted i was using BB Q5, but now i am uysing an older version of BB. Pls help me in decrypting these files. I am sure there would be a way out, Pls help me.

    You can only decrypt your SD CARD only if the Q5 you were using has not been security wiped !!!

    If the Q5 is still around, just put the sd card in a decrypt it

    Get the SD card back to the Q5. Go to SETTINGS - SECURITY - ENCRYPTION - DECRYPT it
