    i have managed to backup my blackberry onto my pc, I have the file, how can i open it, without a blackberry, what software can i use ?

    I have found some but they dont support bb10

    From past post on this... you can't, it's part of the security of BlackBerry. You can use a Backup to restore a device, but you can't say pull out your contacts to move to a non BlackBerry device. Which is why I don't use LINK to backup key data.

    Borrow a blackberry back up the data load your info from link export it to Google. Done
