    It's so frustrating. I am a new BB user and I tried downloading the desktop software from Blackberry.com in anticipation so I was really surprised when I first connected my phone to the the computer, it said it will install drivers for me via USB. Blackberry 10 Desktop Software Setup pops up and I install it but it doesn't seem to allow me to 'talk' to my phone via computer. It allows me to initialize it from the phone as a mass storage but all that shows up is the phone under guest and the software like Link and Blend doesn't respond.

    Anyone know if this is with OS X Yosemite / Mac ecosystem? Really making my first foray into the BB very regrettable.

    Nothing will work with 10.10.
    The last usable OS X version was 10.9 Mavericks
