    I have now downloaded Cisco AnyConnect from the BB World. During installation it asks me to set up a VPN profile. One of the fields is for "server address". Where would I find this?

    Your IT department might be a good place to start. Cisco is a enterprise grade VPN, doubt that is what you are using.

    I could be wrong though, in any case, contact your IT admin or your help desk for that information.
