    Default Driver install failed

    When i pluged my bb10 dev alpha device into my macbook air(2011), it always say that 'install required drivers'.

    After I installed it, it keep saying that.

    I tested on my mac and vmware(windows xp and 7). all failed.

    any help? or email address for rim ?

    probably the drivers arent there yet ! bb dm 7.1 supports the dev alpha so maybe you should try that

    but my device can not connect to my pc and mac.

    my computer can not detect it. as well as my friends computers.
