In playbook os 2.1 I still can't use any predictive or auto-corrective keyboard features in android apps (such as tapatalk), is it true for BB10 dev alpha or beta OSs?

With 10.0.9, predictive text DOES work with the Android apps I've tested.

No auto text, at least not like in the BBOS. No shortcut words. You can't set up anything like typing HIG and have it type "How's it going". You can start typing out the words and it will start predicting, like they have shown in the keyboard videos.

that's right. at BB10, especially for bb10ad, I never see autotext afterall. All is about words prediction and we are free to choose which one is suitable to complete our sentence.

I also already used tapatalk at bb10ad, and it's great. (tapatalk runs on android player). all words prediction run smooth and very helpful.

I can type sentences much faster than if I use physical keyboard.

Yep this is correct, on our current software we also have the ability to do that which I thought was really cool actually.
