    Spoiler alert: SQN100-3 full autoloader
Is that a full OS update that adds more functionalities like phone and hub?

You might as well disassemble the whole phone. Then say "guys this is the new Q10 with a smaller battery and plastic keyboard".

Haven't tested texting... it just opens the hub. See the what apps are you using on the Dev Alpha C thread. I haven't gotten the phone to work, so I'm not swapping my sim card into this phone, yet.

Instead of a trade-in for a production Q10, they can just send us a production housing kit :P

Having held both a Q10 and a Dev Alpha C they're definitely the same device. The ports, buttons, SIM slot, etc are in exactly the same spot on both. The Dev Alpha B was based on the STL100-1, aka the OMAP Z10, and you can see the same thing when you hold them side-by-side. The Dev Alpha C is based on a Qualcomm chip with North American LTE bands though, appears to be the same specs as the STL100-3 (screen/keyboard aside obviously).

Now, I REALLY hope they exchange the DA C with an official commercial phone now!

So if you buy a Q10 you can switch Dev Alpha C internals and send the Q10 back for refund when it burns out. (just joking!!)

PS. Is it just me or does the face of the dev alpha C look like the front face of one of those old new flyer buses?

They might can if the one knows the installation skills and has all the parts.
