Is it possible to add social accounts to Dev Alpha B?
I have tried both Dev Alpha B 10.2 Build, since it phone calls did not work in 10.1.

I have also loaded the STL100-1 version (10.2 beta), thinking it'd give me access to all the features, but it seems I was wrong.

I am developing some apps and I'd like to have those features in order to test some stuff.

Yes, you just need to install a full OS in the Dev Alpha. Go to the leaked OS forum and find anything that's for the STL100-1
