It's your PlayBook, could be PlayBrick.

But seriously this update isn't even fully supported on the Dev Alpha A. They say if it doesn't work to fall back to the previous supported version.
They do have autoloaders for Z10s but they aren't the full OS. So if you want to you can test applications for 10.1 on your current Z10 but you may not be able to use it as your daily driver anymore.

I'm just downloading the DA/C version now so I don't know what is included.

Already downloaded, Installing on my BlackBerry Z10, will update with findings. The simulators have gotten all the native apps, I doubt they will cripple the functionality like the original Dev Alpha BlackBerry 10 OS RC versions from September 2012 onwards.

Just finished installing on my DA/C. Looks like similar to the last update to the DA A&B before Z10 release. Hub is there. Downloading Facebook from BB World. Might be a useable OS afterall. Good call GV!

HDR in the Camera is there, some settings have been added, like using power button to unlock. PIN Messaging is there as well. The About menu has some new details, nothing too fancy just a new heading called "Regulatory Approvals" Those are the noticeable differences at this point.

Can you check to see if we can now edit or add APN settings for data services?

    Thanks in advance...

Quite a few native apps are gone actually, not sure if we can at least download the social networking apps off of BlackBerry World though.

Carrier dependent, mine was locked until I downloaded the 116 update from AT&T, with this update for me it's still unlocked.

Are you still on AT&T or another provider and stayed unlocked after the 116 update?
