Critical, Device wont turn on.
After the device had freeze i've had perform a hard reset then the lights 1/6 appear i've plug the device to pc and follow the steps to upgrade the software then when Step 1 end (Download the files) take me to the Step 2 (Install software) took 1 sec then pop up appear A error has been produced while updating the software i dont know what to do

Use the Desktop Software to do a repair.
If downloads ever fails (so the files are corrupted), go to the Internet Options, clear the cache, and repair again.
This is the easiest way.

Internet options mean my browser like chrome or IE?, cuz into Desktop manager cant found that option. Thanks
