Its on the inside of the battery door. They did that to keep the finish looking nice on the back.

the elite dev members get the extra back case and i dont think the regular dev members do (but i bet the phones exactly the same), Mr thaibox 123 on youtube (tech reviewer) is an elite member and had a regular black z10 that came with the elite back cover

i think it is a premium limited edition one that are specifically given out at an event. in some of the videos you see different power adapters being given out.
the one that devs will eventually get will probably only have the adapter relevant to the country you are in.
