I though we could share some idea's over bbm either to test apps or whatever

Nope. BBM just works over wifi.

Run BBM. Tap at lower-right to bring up the action menu. Tap "Invite to BBM". Type the PIN into the "To:" text field which has the little "+" control triangle thingy at its lower right corner. Wait for the dropdown to appear showing "PIN: xxxxxxxx" and tap it. Click Send at upper right.
