BB 10 Dev Alpha on commercial?

I was watching the weather network this morning, and couldn't help but notice how much this generic smartphone in a commercial looks like a BB 10 Alpha Dev device. I wouldn't be surprised if I'm the only one that thinks this, but it's just something I noticed and wanted to share.

Hmm....it looks a little too small to be the Dev Alpha.

I would say it is close but not a dev alpha probably a sony device (there is a bar that is just below the thumb, which the Xperia has)

The image you have must have been stretched on the wide screen.

Well, for one, the dev alpha is pretty non-descript in the first place. a black rectangle with nothing but a screen. Unless you can see things like the BB logo, or the volume up down and play/pause button to verify that it is a BB Dev Alpha. It's most likly is not a BB dev alpha.
