    BBM at first doesn't work and seems to complain about data access or a data plan, or that you're blocked.
    eventually it worked for me. (the third time it worked)

    I was on Wifi when I did it.

    Kevin wanted to wait for an update to Dev Alpha which he thinks has more fixes to the OS and other such stuff before he rolled out a BBM stress test. Look here
