Is it possible to run the autoloader for my Dev Alpha C software update on Parallels Desktop VM? Or does it have to be a dedicated Windows machine?

Also, is it suggested to stick to the software here: https://developer.blackberry.com/bla...ha_update.html or is there a better full-featured OS that is reliable and stable to use?

I use autoloader on my MacbookPro running bootcamp.
I believe as long as you have a windows environment, you can use autoloader without any trouble.

I'm not so sure... Boot camp is equivalent to a dedicated Windows PC so it's basically like not having a Mac at all.

What is VMS? Or did you mean VMs don't work?

As long as the USB is functioning in passthrough mode, it should work.
