Good day. Can someone upload the BAR file for the YouVersion Bible app? I'm a Christian living in the UAE, which is a Muslim country. Right now I'm stuck with using an APK from Google Play, which doesn't have the Bible app blocked for download. BlackBerry World blocks YouVersion here in the UAE.

Go on your computer and swotch your country on the website see if that works

Before u do that, try using a proxy like spotflux on your pc and then change your country to usa or something on bbw. Then try to download it. Does that work?

Tried using a VPN (Russia and Japan), Still shows UAE. The country is registered to my account I think. When I go to Account Settings, it doesn't show an option to change the country. I tried creating a new BBID but two IDs don't work on BB10 unlike Android. If I change my BBID, I will have to do a factory reset and lose my BBM contacts which, of course, I don't want to happen.

There is crackberry user Thurask who knows how to extract bar files. You could send hem a private message with your request. Maybe he can help u any further.

That will have to do for now. It works. As far as the active app, I will recommend looking at Sachesi in the forums and loading it that way to bypass BlackBerry World. That would be the how.

As far as the requested BAR file itself, I have to spend some time and see if u can copy or extract it. No idea how to do that.

Consider that which is most important to you. Is it to have the app for your faith or is it or have the BB10 native version ? If it is to further your faith then the link provided will certainly do that and richly so. If it is the latter then you will have to find a way to do it.

By installing a native app via BlackBerry World , your default geolocation is at the least passively invoked. Will that prevent you from installing, I don't know.
