Will you please give us an option to play videos on an external screen? I'm plugged into my TV with my Passport through a Slimport adapter, and the options just aren't there.

Both FastTube and SuperTube don't support this functionality. Why not?

I've tried contacting the Devs before and have gotten no response. Maybe if a bunch of customers (I paid for the apps and the addons), we could get them to pay attention. Imo, this would be an amazing bit of functionality. Make the feature part of the pro upgrade if you must.

I know...but the browser is no fun. And I can preload files to the youtube apps. So many good 45min docs on youtube these days. Take em on the road with me, or even watch em at home.

It's bonkers! Why don't they add that simple bb10 feature to their video players?

    Doesn't SuperTube do this already?

    No, SuperTube doesn't. FastTube doesn't.

CacheTube does, but that's just a regular browser window and not really a true app.

FastTube needs to implement Chromecast and Mircast support. Asap.

Supertube does have "hand-off", so you can start videos on other devices running a Youtube app. But since it doesn't use the standard html Player, it doesn't support Play On.
I'm not sure if the dev can implement it with the way the app is set up now.

An app like Blink (Twitch) does use the html5 player, but I think it was not universally loved, I hope it stays in there.

I don't understand why it wouldn't have 'Play On'. It's crazy.
