1st posting guys, newbe to downloading and needing help:

Downloaded wallpaper changer hd and it doesn't do anything, just a yellow screen with a couple of pictures on. Do I uninstall and try again and if so do I have to pay for the app a 2nd time?

Delete the app from your phone. Reboot your phone. Go to BBW and download it again. It should work the second time. No you don't have to pay for it again as it is in BlackBerry World under my apps.

First off, welcome to CrackBerry!

I will let you know before anything else that you definitely do NOT need to pay again, so don't worry about that!

You can try a device reset first. (NOT the same as a restart.)

Hold down your top button for about 30 seconds. Keep pressing it down, ignoring onscreen countdown and restart option, BB splashscreen, and black screen. The red LED will turn on. As soon as LED turns off, release the top key.

Was anything better after that reboot?
