    Been the same here on my Passport the last couple days. Can't get in with the android app either. I can get in with the BlackBerry app Playcloud but having it in the file manager is much nicer for work use. Doesn't matter when facebook goes down but all my work files are stored on one drive. Hope they get it fixed soon.

    I have found the android app to perform fasted than the native connect to Passport. But neither are working on my Passport.

    I was having the same problem and I'm using a Z10. Now that I'm signed back in, I'm just going to stay signed in for now.

    Nah, I tested it on my Q10 as well. It's a freshly wiped device as well.

    That's the other thing I forgot to mention. It was happening to me, but I haven't wiped my device.

    Just installed 10.3.1.1955 back to my Passport this morning and now I'm able to sign in and it's working again. Was not working before loading new OS. Not sure what the problem was or if it will return.
