    It is very frustrating using the app.

    It takes several seconds to open a message. Sometimes it will just hang, so you would have to close the message and open it up again. Sometimes it would just break the hub totally giving you a black screen.

    Any solutions?

    If you havent already, do a hard reset by holding down both volume buttons for around 15 seconds. If this does not work then i suggest re installing the app

    I used to have this happen with What's App, my solution was to delete it and either use BBM or Text.

    Battery Life also improved after I deleted it.
