    Hey guys,

    When I send a message via whatsapp, there seems to be a lag between when I press enter and when the message actually appears in the conversation. Has anyone experienced a similar problem? Not the end of the world but kind of annoying.

    Which version of whatsapp are you using? Did you try and check for updates in blackberry world to see if there is a whatsapp update?

    Yep I have the exact same issue sometimes. When I press enter to send the message..it takes 1-2 seconds before it shows up.

    Not a big issue but I hope it goes away on another update.

    I just wanted to mention that this is a known issue, which happens most commonly with a chat that has a long history. Fixing this issue is definitely on the to-do list for a future release, but it is still present as of 2.10.9681.

    This issue has been fixed in 10.2. I'm running 10.2.483 and when I click send it is instant. BlackBerry fix and not a whatsapp fix

    I just updated to the newest 10.1 leak and its quick but I think the better performance is a result of the chat history being cleared
