Hi, can someone tell me how to block users in the BlackBerry WhatsApp?

When I started using it, I had a Windows phone, and had to block someone. I'm pretty sure when I switched to BlackBerry I could still see they were blocked. Now, for the life of me, I can�t find how to block a user.

To block a contact

1. Open WhatsApp.
2. Open the Application Menu (Swipe down from the top of the screen).
3. Tap Settings > Privacy Settings > Blocked Contacts. This page displays all contacts that you have blocked.
4. Tap Add Contact icon at the bottom of the screen to select a contact to block.

To block an unknown contact, simply open the chat conversation, scroll to the top, then tap Block.

No idea if it works, I don't use WhatsApp but that's their instructions via their BB10 support page.

Although I can't seem to get the second method to work. I can�t see anything called "Block".

Blocking from the chat screen is only visible if the user is "Unknown." That is, if they are not in your address book.
