Yes..my hub has also gone haywire after the new update. Can't open messages or reply to them in the hub. When contacted WhatsApp support they advised me to back up the conversation and then uninstall n reinstall it. Going to try it now..!!

My hub went haywire after this update! Bebuzz light is quirky, sms issue. I have 2 whatsapp in my hub. Rebooted device and the hub, no go. This resulted in a bunch of 1 star reviews in aw. I'm going to read reviews before an update in the future.

We are aware of the hub issues in 2.11.230, and are working to have a bug fix update out as soon as possible. In the mean time, just use the normal full app directly, and feel free to contact our customer support with any other problems you are experiencing.

It looks like the people experiencing these problems have some kind of LED app installed.. Could someone confirm this?
WhatsApp is the only 3rd party communications related app I have and I've never experienced the known problems after updates.
Big up to the WhatsApp team by the way for always being so active on the CB forums. They offer us more support than BlackBerry does for BBM. I must say I hardly use WhatsApp, but the intent I had to delete it after BBM would go cross platform has long left my mind. Keep up the good work!

2 hub icons bug for me, but glad they are responding atleast in the forums and are aware of the issues. Huge props to them for the rest of the update with the new emoticons page and broadcast!

I'm on Q10, latest whatsapp downloaded and on OS 10.2.1.1055 and i don't have the double whatsapp icon on the hub.
I'm just figuring out how to restore my old message history from my microsd card on my old Bold 9900 and restore them on this new Q10.

I had the same issue.
What I did was to delete app through device monitor > storage > delete whatsapp.
Reboot device. Press Up down volume rocker until BlackBerry logo came up.
Go to appworld, refresh appworld.
And finally download whatsapp from appworld.
There you go, to delete double whatsapp icon on hub.
And now, my only issue is replying from hub. Sometimes it works, sometimes it's not.
The only workaround is to use and reply from active frame.
