Perhaps you saw the Kindle app and got them confused? Or Kobo for the legacy devices?

They just announced on April 3rd they were going to develop an app for BB10:

Their is a version of Kobo that works as a sideload, its 3.1.1217, I use it everyday.

Yes it does. You just need to sign out and sign in again after the update.

When I go to my account screen in the app it shows version 2.3.269. Got the .bar file from the CB forum.

Ah fair enough, thanks for the reply. Might want to try 3.1.1217 if your inclined, bit higher release. Anything newer though I can't get to work, it just crashes once you initialize a book. Would LOVE a native kobo app.

I've just emailed them. I will post the response. Though I'm curious as to why people always ask where an app is without asking the vendor as well.
