    Default Voicemail Icon and Alert

    I have 2 Z10 and get no alert or icon for voicemail. Is there some setting I am missing. it always came through on my 9860 as a text telling me I had a voicemail and an alert sound as well? Any info.

    Not too sure on that one. I know in my case my voice mail icon never went away even after I had listened to and deleted them. I had to do a security wipe on my handset to get it off.

    same problem - had missed calls and disregarded them because no VM icon appeared on the top.
    Now clients think I disrespected them!
