I have a question about Twitter. In OS7 and prior, Twitter would update feeds in the background and you could set the intervals. At least, that's how I remember it.

The BB10 version does not seem to do that. When I open the app, it could be hours or days since it last refreshed. I have to drag the top down to force it to refresh. I have looked around at its Settings, at the Hub and at Accounts and I do not see anywhere to set a Refresh rate. Is it only manual?

Thanks for letting me diverge a bit from the initial thread but I was hoping this new upgrade for Twitter would address that issue.

I have the exact same problem. Z10 STL100-1 on OS 10.2.1.1055...

Logged me out of twitter. Now I can't log back in cos accounts is just hanging

Think I found a fix to the uninstall issue. Open up App World, swipe down from the top, select Settings > General > Refresh BlackBerry World. Once its finished refreshing, you should be able to open App World and download Twitter.

However, for me this doesn't seem to fix the other issue I was having which is why I tried to delete Twitter in the first place lol
