Yeah - the last thing I need for a PlayBook, which for the most part needs no intermediate 'apps' to access resources that are generally accessible with a competent browser...is a front-end that does it for me. That's what bookmarks...you know, a device that was invented in the 20th century...are good for.

Besides, the one TV app I tried didn't say anything about it only working (for those streams that use IP region detection) for those regions that the provider has rights to. This left me out in the cold so far as watching CBC content, so, no sale. That's a comment that should be the second, if not top on the list. And while I tried, I have serious misgivings about using a free proxy server, and the paid ones really only make 'free' expensive.
