Any apps like this in BlackBerry world? I'm pretty sure iOS/Android have apps like these but I could be wrong.

There is a very real possibility that this man is not a creep, nor does he have a terrible relationship with his wife or girlfriend.

My girlfriend used the "Find my Friends" app with her roommate, so they'd know when one another were out and about. Creepy only if you think it is. Worked great and they have a very normal relationship.

Perhaps this man and his wife/girlfriend are looking for a similar setup.

Just sayin' it could be a legit, consensual, desire. No need to jump on the guy and give him relationship advice right away.

Stay on topic please. The question was about the existence of these types of applications in BlackBerry World, NOT the uses.

Again, stay on topic. No one has any real clue on what the OP wants to use the app for, and yes, you can NOT pass judgement and just answer the question. Just because YOU don't have the information, does not give you reason to assume the worst.

You can't blame everyone for jumping to the conclusions when he gives no additional background info.

Sure you can. People jump to conclusions and assume the worst about people. No reason to tolerate juvenile thinking.

My son and his wife have this on their iPhone and it has been helpful a time or two when we were out and about and wanted to meet up for lunch or something similar.

I've considered it for my wife and I - busy people can use such an app, time to time.

Maybe the op is trying to stalk his GF, I don't know and don't care - I'm not the thought police. But there is legitimate reasons for such an app.

@ the OP, I'm not aware of such an app, but your carrier may offer such a service for a fee. I believe AT&T does.

TOTALLY unrelated but hilarious in any case, this thread needs to lighten up. lol. Believe it or not, there is people want to keep track or their significant others for very legitimate reasons and who can blame them these days. You all hear the stories, kids kidnapped, women and men ripped right off the street and found dead.

I want something like that too. Something that is cross platform would work nicely.

My wife and I have a long commute to and from work. It's better for us to look at an app and find out ea other's general location on the road instead of having to send a call/txt while the other is driving to find out when they will be home.

Currently using find my friends on iOS but would be nice to have an app that is cross platform between BB10 and iOS.

I would also be interested in an app to track your girlfriend/wife. Let us know when the app is ready.

I would really like to thank the few people in this topic who instantly brought up the point of being civil, not passing judgment, and simply being direct with my questions. I have my reasons for needing such an app and as hilarious or creepy that might sound it's not really what you guys are PROBABLY thinking. Just thought I'd put that out there. Some of y'all have wild imaginations...

Funny enough the few people passing judgment would probably be the first in line to DOWNLOAD this app if it DID exist.

In the absence of an app, use BB Protect. You would need their BBID information though.
