Is there a good task management app for bb10 (that is preferably cross platform) that will allow me to assign tasks and time lines and have it go direct to their phone. Once they complete they simply check mark if off and I get notified that it is done.

Any suggestions?

Look at Evernote if you don't already have it. It does close to what you're looking for.
It's cross platform for sure because I use it on BlackBerry and iphone.

When the task is done they would be able to check it off and hit 'mail note' and you would receive it as checked and done.

That's just my work around for it. But it syncs pretty good also, so when they do check off you will be updated in your app on your phone.
