i use taptu on my q5 and my android tablet daily and this is a huge shock to me after reading the notifications in the app.

I switched to taptu after pulse got "shi**y" and i grew to love it.
There is no alternative yet that i tried that has a similar layout and streams combinations, i also loved the fact that you dont have to open the browser for most articles and only if you are really intrested or watch embedded audio/video.

Anyone know a decent replacement that works on desktop/android/bb10 and has a similar function and layout? And yes i tried feedly and i cant live with this one.

Yeah like anything else. People have to make money. All these complaint about BBM monetizing. BBM didn't write itself and the messages has a infrastructure behind it. Guess BBM is doomed since no one wants to pay.
used taptu once too, it was nice. Haven't had a need for it lately.

i wouldnt minded paying for taptu like for similiar services but it wasnt available as far as i know.
But you are right, it seems it wasnt used by many persons in the end (havent found many post and comments about it shutting down).
feedbin sounds like a good service but the available clients dont deliver for me.

Not sure, but was it bought by feedly? In the message it specifically says to check out feedly... or it could just be a suggestion, who knows
