I would appreciate a nice layout. An app that provides clear and readable reports. Something along those lines. Basically easy and/or intuitive to use.

Docs To Go is a good place to start, Excel & Word are a powerful combo for business.

Waveapps.com and then use the android app of Wave Receipts which OCR traces your receipt and allows to scan to expenses via camera pic.

Reporting is all via the Web app.
