Songza was updated to 1.0.1407.0 and the notification bug is no longer there.

Yep. I think that's the only thing we noticed different, but that's good. It was super annoying to have all played songs hitting the notifications area.

Glad that's fixed!

I love Songza... listening to some 90's Jock Jams right now to start the day right

Rebooting your phone helps most of my Songza issues... I think it's something to do with the android engine. I really hope they build a native soon but I'm not holding my breath. Thankfully Slacker came out with a slick new native app for BB10!
