Whether you have GMaps installed or not, has no bearing whatsoever on other apps.

If you have Cobalt's Google Play Services v9 installed and this doesn't work, then you are out of luck. BB10 has a lot of limitations.

I would suggest you to use a cheap android mobile for apps like Uber and ola. Uber did work but there are few glitches and get stuck in between. If you totally rely on apps, then blackberry OS might not solve your purpose.

I have installed all updated cobalt apps, but the apk file which u gave gives same result. No maps.

It's not that simple. You need to have all of the cobalt updates from yesterday, and whitelist the unpatched app with v1.0.0.6 of the whitelist app.
