    Default Snap will not open

    I purchased snap but it won't open up when I try. Any suggestions?

    Are you talking about Snap! the sound triggered camera ? What do you see when you open it ?

    Nothing. I click on icon ( icon is not color) it gos to the main screen but does not do anything else.
