It appears Snap v3 is NOT compatible with 10.3.3.
Any idea why that is? Does it cause the app to crash or what exactly does it do?

Black screen on launch, followed by a crash back to homescreen. I have no idea why.

Perhaps some broken system library, which is the same reason Whatsapp has issues with 10.3.3.

Or a lack of QA prior to release, which seems likelier to me.

You use an app like Lucky Patcher and patch the problem apk and then re-install it. Unfortunately, v3 can't do that since you can't save the apk file during install.

Lucky Patcher hasn't worked for a long time.

the older 'patched' version of lucky patcher that I have works for some stuff...you dont need the ability to save apk's as it will find them, wherever they are...advanced permission manager does this too.

I take others are having the same issue as me. Was on 2.9 and couldn't download apps. Then upgraded to new 3.0.0.2 and still can't download any apps. Flickering on screen and fast toggling between download and pause. Deleted the app, rebooted and reinstalled but no fix. Tried several apps, tried deleting insta rebooting then attempted to reinstall but to no avail.

Currently says Instagram is initizaling in downloads folder but been saying that for 15 mins and its done nothing

Seems as though I'm not the only one with the problem. It says "initializing" then "downloading" and flashes in between for like a minute. Then it prompts you to open the installer but obviously the apk file downloaded is corupt so BlackBerry says 'unable to install app.'

ROYABSA - it works great for me. Are you trying to install an app that you had previously deleted? Do you have the android runtime fix installed?

Things were working well the first few couple of days but now when I try to download an app from it, I get a message indicating that it's initializing and then the download pauses, never to resume again...What's the deal?

Yeah I do have the Runtime fix. I was trying to update an app I already had installed before. I got the apk file officially though, so I don't think the signature differs.

for whatever reason, you sometimes have to delete an app, then install the new version fresh. i've had the same error. also when snap is looping through the download initialization, exit snap, then launch it again and go straight back to the app, and see if it will download. works for me, i'm still on 2.9.9.2 though.

This. Everything works great, but once in a blue moon I'll have one of these issues. Exiting and launching again usually will do it, but if not, uninstall and reinstall does the trick. I just updated to 3.0.0.5, but haven't used it yet.

Oddly I had the problem of snap not being able to download apps several days ago on version 2.9.9.2. It would appear to want to start downloading, then flash at me and then start again from beginning. I didn't have to uninstall and reinstall snap thou. A reboot solved it just fine.

    Hey guys,

I searched for it several times and it seems that I am the only one with this problem.

Since v3 (and also in the actual 3.0.0.5 release) my library is not loading. When I click on My Apps and then on library there is only a white screen without any apps.

    Updates and Installed works fine.

Anyone else with this problem? And where to post Bugs?

My 'Library' is also blank. What is supposed to be there? If 'Updates' shows you apps with updates available, and 'Installed' shows Android apps installed on your phone, I don't know what would be listed there.
