I have the middle button set on sayit to launch the app, but instead, the voice control app launches.

I'd rather use sayit instead of voice control. How do I disable voice control and replace it with sayit instead?

Is there any guides online that explain the pros and cons of sayit and voice control? I think voice control is extremely limited compared to sayit.

I'm having the exact same problem. Even though I set it in the SayIt app, it's still opening the voice control.

So then I made sure the built in voice control is turned off from using the mute key in settings. Now it doesn't open, but the SayIt doesn't start either.

I've tried leaving the SayIt app open. Just can't seem to get it to work.

don't know. The mute button works for me in Sayit. You you tap, speak, tap again.

OK. I see now. It didn't launch the app when minimized. It's just an alternative to using the onscreen button.

I was hoping for a launch functionality.

How can I turn off the sayit app going off when I hit the mute button. Every time I grab my phone I'm usually hitting the mute button and the app starts processing. It's kind of annoying.

Can't seem to find the option to turn it off in the sayit app.
