Are there any apps that allow me to remotely access a BlackBerry 10 device from a Windows PC?

We have around 200 BlackBerry Z30s (on BES10) and would like to have a remote assistance tool to cut down on the number of people having to come up to our main office for support with simple things such as settings changes in the settings menu.

I know LogMeIn Rescue works on BB5 but it doesn't seem to work on BB10 yet.

I'm not a BES guy, so I don't know.

But at the very least, you could have a bbm video chat (with shared screen) to talk them through it.
