    Looks like this app isn't working any longer. I keep getting: No Internet connection error. I'm on a Passport. Everything was working fine earlier this afternoon. Someone else has reported this problem on bbw. Anyone else experiencing this??

    The problem may be that the app is out of date and hasn't been revised.
    I suggest you try the mobile RBC site from the web browser and then make a short cut for your desktop.
    A lot of mobile sites work just as well as a dedicated app.

    The patched Android RBC app runs fine - including mobile cheque deposits.

    Thanks for the suggestions. I tested it and it was working again. Hope RBC isn't playing around with their app for bb10 and possibly removing it. That would be the last straw for me. I'd have to move on to Android.

    Just my input but it's working fine for me. I've sent threatening emails to RBC and BMO to tell them that I'll leave if they abandon the BB10 app. Seems to have worked so far lol.

    The only use for the app is mobile cheque deposits. Otherwise the website is all you need. Since the BB10 app doesn't allow deposits, you might as well use the Web, or the Android app.

    Interesting to note, thanks. Being on BB10, I'm more inclined to use mobile sites. BMO is my main bank however and I still quite like their natives (webwork) app. It does have some unique browser/app integration that I have not seen elsewhere on BB10. BMO also has a native investorline app that I use for my trading purposes.

    Use Cobalt's Google Play Store. The latest one offered for our device works when patched.

    Gentlemen, I would suggest that there's something else wrong, other than the app.
    I am on a Classic on MTS and I am in my bank app pretty much daily and I can't remember the last time that I had issues.

    Is this something where you're on Wifi and there IS an actual connectivity problem?
    Mind you, if the Android app works well for you then that would certainly be an idea.

    Looks like it was an RBC problem. They have a notice on their online banking website that says they're having mobile app issues. Yes! Not just BB10 problems.
