    So far the apps reminds me of the RBC app for legacy devices, which there's no complaints here as far as the UI goes. However i may be off my rocker but I think the mobile website may be faster.

    Looks like they sped up the release and put out an app with the functions currently available: Mobile Cloud (NFC payment) is not in the app yet.

    It's better than nothing, but hopefully the full version is still out in a few weeks.

    Yes (sorry it's Secure Cloud): it should allow you to access both Visa and Debit through the phone (at least NFC, maybe future payment methods).
