    It is entirely up to the developers to offer promo codes. Just yesterday one developer offered promo codes for three of his apps. Sometimes they are mentioned on the main page blog but those generally go pretty fast.

    Generally, here at Crackberry but you have to keep up with the site and catch when they are posted. There is no schedule. I guess some developers might use BBM channels, also.
