Is anyone else getting errors when trying to purchase an upgrade in app thru PayPal? Three so far for me. Seems odd that even when u want to purchase you cant?

Still no help. The update was a failure. It's so sad to see. I'm a die hard BlackBerry user, but even that has its limits. I dislike apple and don't trust android. Guess that means windows? WTF has happened to my BlackBerry.

This updated BlackBerry Payment Options App is still not working for me. I've tried repeatedly - multiple times per day. I don't know about insanity but I have may have found a new definition for frustration. Any ideas?

I just kept saving over and over. After about five times it took. Who knows why? But it does work again

For me, the key was repeatedly hitting the SAVE button. It took 8 repeats in my case.

To be clear, I did every step in adding the PayPal account. When I saved the account, I got the error message. I pressed the SAVE another 7 times (each time getting the error message again) and the Payment Options seemed to have worked in the end.

I am having the same problems, will try the link posted by Nemory.

Didn't work, tried hitting save dozens of times.

Tried it on a Z30 that was having the same problem. It worked after hitting the save button five or six times. Went back to the Passport, opened the payment app via the open in Appworld, and after a few tries it succeded.

I was having the same problem on a PlayBook, with the same BlackBerryID and PayPal account and it started working again.

Perhaps the servers that process this on BlackBerry's end are running a bit slow and the new app makes allowance for this.
