Does anyone have the download link to the native YouTube application for the PlayBook so that I can try to side load it onto the Z10 when I get it? Has anyone tried it? Since the Z10 doesn't have a native YouTube client I thought this would be a good solution, even though the browsers is amazing and can render just as good/better than the native PlayBook client

The youtube app on the playbook isn't exactly the best in my opinion. And I do not think its possible to do that as no one has the file for it because it comes with the os. Just my 2 cents.

I haven't tried this on my Z10 so I don't know if it will work.

UPDATE: I sideloaded this onto my Z10. It appears to work. I searched for a specific video and watched it without any trouble.

Ya, BB really needs to come out with e youtube app! Im surprised that WP8 and BB10 don't have native youtube apps. I'm hoping that BB will make it the same way they made the Facebook app - nearly identical to the iOS/Android versions. That would make me really happy, as I use youtube pretty frequently.

Super cool that this works. But it doesn't scale things up to be viewable on the smaller screen. Better have good eyes and small fingers. I could still see myself using it though. Thanks Kyle27.

I can't remove this app from my Z10 because it acts as if this is a system app. I tried using DDPB and the uninstall feature on that doesn't work either. Any ideas?

I just tried the chrome plugin and even that couldn't remove it. I keep getting "Failure 535 Permanent".

Restore gets rid of all sideloaded apps... if you really want to get rid of it that bad.. but again, that hasn't been tried with this app yet..
